The parcel arrived totally ripped open. It said "glass" on it

which may have prompted someone in the transport chain to open it, thinking they'd find some good bottles... wine fairs at the moment. But the parcel contained nothing but empty juice bottles.

Delivery problem, tracking was blocked. Little help from customer service, I had to call the carrier myself (pay number). Once delivered, the parcel was protected in a cardboard box, but when I opened it, the top of one of the uprights was bent. I haven't fixed it yet but I think the product is still functional, but customer service and delivery need to be reviewed.
