We received the parcel on Monday at around 4 p.m. Fortunately we were at home, but we had not received any information about the time of delivery. The delivery man did not want to put the barrel where it was supposed to be. The object is heavy and we can't move it ourselves; we'll have to call in a neighbor or a handler.

The reason I put customer service 3 stars is that I asked an important question (to me at least) about the steriliser but nobody ever came back to me about them. When you have items to sterilise at 100 degree centigrades but the steriliser does not go higher than 90 there is a hiccup somehow. But nobody answers
