order arrived 2 months after ordering on the internet, nobody called to tell you that products were missing and the cardboard box that was supposed to protect the equipment was burst... Given the prices, one expects a better service... especially since there was no excuse other than a discount for the next order of... 1 euro... I don't think I'll be using it...

Very good product.the packaging was perfect and,despite the fragility(glass),everything arrived in good condition.the shape of these jars,without external rims,suits me and I think that for cleaning it allows a thorough cleaning.a jar of this same proportion of shape in 500Grs would be welcome.

I am VERY disappointed I had to send several emails and leave a phone message to learn that some of my products (order dating from late April) would only be delivered in October My order was delivered partially, they were supposed to send me a refund check for the difference and I've been waiting 10 days.
