TOMPRESS disclaims all responsibility for damage in transit by sending a warning letter for reservations to be made on the delivery note, but the goods are not even put on pallets and are simply wrapped in plastic film which guarantees absolutely nothing. I'm very disappointed and don't plan to buy from them again.

Unfortunately, we cannot check the condition of the goods for you on arrival. In the event of damage, the insurance company will only accept written declarations upon receipt. Despite all the care we take in preparing our parcels, we cannot control all the hazards of transport (shocks, depaletization, jamming, etc.), and fortunately this happens very infrequently.

I very much appreciated the fact that a few days after placing my order, they sent me an email notifying me that the product would be available the following week and therefore I was asked if I was willing to wait or would prefer to cancel. I decided to wait and was satisfied with my purchase
