I bought a tomato press with a finer grid for red fruits. 10kg of tomato sauce and 6kg of blackberries without any problem or effort. I must admit that I made a wooden wedge to raise the press so that I could slide in a bowl for the juice and another for the waste. Over-elevation of about ten cm. Very good product.

I used the steam juice extractor to make apple and pear juice. You need 1.5kg of fruit to extract 1 liter of juice (this depends on the ripeness of the fruit), and it takes about 30 to 45 minutes.
