I was told to return the product at my own expense, which I did, requesting a different product or a refund. Without any response or consultation, I was sent back the same product, which is no longer defective but still does not satisfy me, as it is not very practical to use.

No because having made and paid my order which exceeded 106 euros not to pay transport but it missed a clamp with edges an order made the 2/9/16 one wanted to deliver to me at the beginning of October as I asked to be delivered one makes me pay transport I find that it is inadmissible.

TOMPRESS disclaims all responsibility for damage in transit by sending a warning letter for reservations to be made on the delivery note, but the goods are not even put on pallets and are simply wrapped in plastic film which guarantees absolutely nothing. I'm very disappointed and don't plan to buy from them again.

Unfortunately, we cannot check the condition of the goods for you on arrival. In the event of damage, the insurance company will only accept written declarations upon receipt. Despite all the care we take in preparing our parcels, we cannot control all the hazards of transport (shocks, depaletization, jamming, etc.), and fortunately this happens very infrequently.

Ordered on 10.07. Money paid in on 11.07. Goods were delivered on 22.07. Appliance appears robust but this is deceptive. The outlet on the juice container leaks as it is miserably pressed into the container and the juice runs around on the base plate of the press. Since the juice container has no fixation such as a groove or similar, it sometimes slips to the side during pressing and the structure is distorted.
