I ordered vacuum machine seals. In one of the photos, there was a pouch with 2 seals. Since I was also ordering for a friend, I ordered 2 items... and I only received 2 seals. Ordered chopper on 10/02 with payment for delivery within 24 hours as the chopper was urgently needed. Good reception, but the chopper doesn't work... Back to the after-sales service, repair, and new reception of the repaired equipment on 25/02. It turns out to be a defect in the equipment, as a pin was missing from the rotor... No compensation for the inconvenience caused, nor any commercial offer proposed....plutôt déçu....
