I find my parcel without being warned in front of my door before I had received an email that there was a delivery problem then nothing and this is not uncommon this is not the first time and we can make claims the post office does not take into account I know that it is not the fault of Tompress

Hello, This can happen when the chosen relay point is overloaded or no longer accepts parcels. La Poste redirects the parcel to the next available relay point and updates the tracking which can be consulted online. Best regards.

Perfect delivery of material. No problems with assembly. However, some of the fixing screws used in the wood were found in the packaging due to insufficient pre-fixing. None were missing, but I think it would be a good idea to draw the customer's attention to this problem. Sincerely René Sibourg
