Very fast delivery and receipt of the parcel in very good condition! I didn't need to contact customer service, so I'm fine with that! One disappointment to note, I thought the book was illustrated, which is not at all the case, so perhaps consider making some visuals of the book available on the article page! Hello. I travelled 60 kms to pick up my parcel. The goods arrived with the deliveryman on Wednesday and they proposed a delivery on the following Tuesday because I live in a small village in the mountains. If the equipment is perfect and the quality of the customer service impeccable, I wouldn't say the same about the transport (GEODIS) which delivers equipment, which they didn't take care of despite the warnings on the crate, broken as far as this order is concerned. Customer service reacted immediately with professionalism and friendliness by sending back new equipment, which arrived in good condition.
