I'm very happy.it's a pity that I didn't have the totality of my order which I modified to have the right to my promotion.otherwise for the customer service a liver and fortunately that once I fell on a lady not friendly at all when I inquired about my order which had been made several months ago. On the whole, everything went very smoothly from order to delivery. One small point of improvement concerned the packaging of the Electric Fruit and Tomato Press n°5. Some of the accessories were not sufficiently packed, and with transport marks and a few small dents were visible (probably due to transport and the shock between the large motor and the accessories).

Very friendly customer service: due to a supply problem, understandable during the Covid, the product arrived a few months after the order on the site. Customer service waited until we were back from vacation to initiate delivery.
The product itself: I had to screw back the latch, which was badly positioned to close the door, and straighten one of the hinges.

The parcel was thrown over my hedge and landed in my garden. Fortunately, nothing broke in the shipment. I don't know whether it was the delivery man or a neighbor who received my order by mistake. I didn't like this kind of delivery so much that I didn't complain to Colissimo. It seems that many delivery incidents occurred during this period.

It took a few weeks for TomPress to get one part of my order (I assume COVID had disrupted supply chains). I made an online inquiry through their website as to the status of my order and was informed of the delay. As soon as they had the item, my order was despatched to me and delivered in its entirety. They appear to have an extensive product range of robust equipment.
