The grates I received were great, they fit perfectly on my BOSCH chopper, I've finally found the grates I needed. You can tell the sales person I spoke to on the phone that this model of grate fits perfectly on the BOSCH chopper. Too bad I would have ordered one more, but the person told me it was impossible to adapt.

*4 stars because the thermometer broke during transport (be careful with fragile products) *That said, TOMPRESS gave me a thermometer free of charge 5 stars for customer service *The material I ordered is of good quality 5 stars *TOMPRESS is a serious company, there's no doubt about that.

I put one star for delivery, because I can't put zero. Indeed, the deliveryman took 11 days to deliver my parcel, not even 60kms from his sorting center. Supposedly the address couldn't be found, etc. The goods were in perfect condition, just as I expected. Very good material, I'm not disappointed.

I placed my order before Christmas and hoped to receive my package on time. I received it well after Christmas. I asked the customer service who answered me in a very nice way that they were doing their best, the package was damaged but the devices were not. It's a busy time at Christmas, but I'm still happy.
