I placed my order before Christmas and hoped to receive my package on time. I received it well after Christmas. super happy to finally find this product. But two uses later, the grid broke. Really disappointed. Really dubious quality. The particularly responsive after-sales service took note of my negative opinion, and undertook to do whatever was necessary to rectify the product's shortcomings. That's great. Nothing more to say.
