Fast delivery, well-packaged product but... two blows to the copper basin. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to send it back and carry out the replacement procedure. Very disappointed by this accessory which does not chop meat as soon as it contains a slight skin or a little fat. The knife is not sharp at all and consequently the holes get blocked, the motor forces and you have to constantly dismantle the whole thing to empty it (and go through the blender to finish the job).
