I was surprised to see that the bottom of the pot was not flat, so not suitable for vitroceram or electric stoves. Perhaps it would be a good idea to specify what this utensil is intended for in this respect? Otherwise, nice quality; why not be able to use a dishwashing detergent?

Hello, because the basin is made of solid copper, guaranteed without surface treatment. You don't need any strong detergent. It is compatible with all burners except induction. Best regards.

One point for improvement: the user's guide is very basic and doesn't allow you to start using it straight away. We had to buy an additional book. It's a bit frustrating. There's no information on cold smoking, which requires the purchase of an additional coil; again, we found out later.
