Unequal sizes. I had already ordered a pair of pants in 40 which were fine. I recommend a pair of jeans in size 40, but they're too small! As I had removed all the labels, convinced that they would fit, I was unable to return them.

The second one is a skinny jean with a stretch effect, but it's still a very, very tight jean. So the feeling is completely different. You have to trust both the cut and the material.
