It is also important to note that as Toxik3 is based in France, delivery to Belgium may take slightly longer. Delivery by Colissimo is estimated to take between 2 and 4 working days (excluding weekends), but this does not take into account the time required to prepare your order.

For an order placed on a Wednesday at 4pm, and received the following Wednesday, the delivery time can be considered quite respectable.

We're sorry to hear that the delivery time was too long for you. We do our best to deliver in Belgium and we try to clearly indicate the Mondial Relay delivery time, which is between 5 and 7 working days (excluding weekends).

It is also important to take into account the internal processing time to prepare your parcel. For an order placed on Thursday, October 10, we entrusted your package to the carrier on Monday, October 14, as the Toxik3 team does not work at weekends.

Hello Kathy, 🥰 thank you for taking the time to write to us. After checking, we see that the carrier made an attempt to deliver on June 25 but delivery failed. Not having heard from you, the package was returned to us and we proceeded to a refund on July 22. It can take much longer to receive returned parcels than to send them, which explains the long wait. As far as your refund is concerned, it has already been issued and you will receive it as soon as possible. Please check with your bank for further details 🙂 We would like to inform you that for future orders, if you are not available to receive your parcel, you can either reschedule delivery or have it delivered to a relay point to avoid your parcel being returned.
