Thank you for your message. We are sorry to hear that your logistical experience was not straightforward enough. An e-mail containing all the shipping information was sent with your order number. Simply click on this number to track the status of your parcel.

It is also important to note that as Toxik3 is based in France, delivery to Belgium may take slightly longer. Delivery by Colissimo is estimated to take between 2 and 4 working days (excluding weekends), but this does not take into account the time required to prepare your order.

For an order placed on a Wednesday at 4pm, and received the following Wednesday, the delivery time can be considered quite respectable.

We're sorry to hear that the delivery time was too long for you. We do our best to deliver in Belgium and we try to clearly indicate the Mondial Relay delivery time, which is between 5 and 7 working days (excluding weekends).

It is also important to take into account the internal processing time to prepare your parcel. For an order placed on Thursday, October 10, we entrusted your package to the carrier on Monday, October 14, as the Toxik3 team does not work at weekends.
