Hello Kathy, 🥰 thank you for taking the time to write to us. After checking, we see that the carrier made an attempt to deliver on June 25 but delivery failed. Not having heard from you, the package was returned to us and we proceeded to a refund on July 22. It can take much longer to receive returned parcels than to send them, which explains the long wait. As far as your refund is concerned, it has already been issued and you will receive it as soon as possible. Please check with your bank for further details 🙂 We would like to inform you that for future orders, if you are not available to receive your parcel, you can either reschedule delivery or have it delivered to a relay point to avoid your parcel being returned. I bought 3 pairs of jeans and returned one that didn't fit. I wore a pair of jeans one day after the first wash (one week after purchase) and realized that there was a seam defect. Numerous holes are forming. Despite my 7 emails. No answer to my problem! Automatic response: use item return, except that in my case, it doesn't work... Conclusion: jeans with holes... Very disappointed, first experience, I wouldn't buy again!

The pants are very good, only they had a very, very strong chemical smell. I had to wash them 2 times to get rid of the smell. I think it's also bad for the skin. Well, the application of these pants was probably not done properly and not with natural products. What a shame in 2024!

Turn pants inside out before washing. Close zips and buttons before washing. Wash in similar colors and iron inside out."
