Hello Florence. I'm sorry the item didn't fit and that your experience was so bad. From Belgium to France it is normal that the return time is longer than in the local store... Your "return" parcel arrived in France on Friday February 24. As the team doesn't work at weekends (apart from logistics), you'll have to wait until the beginning of the week for your refund.
