Unequal sizes. I had already ordered a pair of pants in 40 which were fine. I recommend a pair of jeans in size 40, but they're too small! As I had removed all the labels, convinced that they would fit, I was unable to return them.

Hello, I'm sorry the item doesn't fit. Your first order was one of our iconic, high-waisted solaria pants, the best in terms of comfort. The second one is a skinny jean with a stretch effect, but it's still a very, very tight jean. So the feeling is completely different. You have to trust both the cut and the material. Hello Florence. I'm sorry the item didn't fit and that your experience was so bad. From Belgium to France it is normal that the return time is longer than in the local store... Your "return" parcel arrived in France on Friday February 24. As the team doesn't work at weekends (apart from logistics), you'll have to wait until the beginning of the week for your refund. We'll hurry, we promise!
