These jeans are really too beautiful, even if I had to send them back because they were a bit too big for me. The only criticism I have is why wait for I don't know who's approval before sending them back? Whereas on other sites, you can do it directly.

Concerning the return process, it is not automated at the moment. The applications needed to automate this type of service represent a significant cost, and we have chosen to prioritize other investments for the time being.
