Regarding the delays, when choosing customized products with options, this inevitably leads to delays of about 6 to 7 weeks, as we are the manufacturer and need time to produce all the orders. Without options, the product was in stock and deliverable within 7 days.

Thank you for your positive feedback. Regarding the magnets, they may have shifted during transport but they are adjustable. You can slightly loosen them to move the magnet forward or backward before re-screwing. This will strengthen the contact between the door and the magnet and resolve your issue. If needed, customer service can assist you.

Paint with "used" appearance, disappointing.

Hello,
The Camarillo White finish is a so-called rustic color with a naturally aged look. We naturally "age" the finish to enhance this aspect as you can see in the photo of the entire color. This means that at times you can see the natural wood behind the paint, through sanding, the knots, etc.
There was no bad color distribution, it is just the final appearance of the finish and it is therefore done on purpose.
Now, if this did not suit you, I remind you that you had a right of withdrawal on the products, you could have used it or at least contacted us to express your issue.

First order on this site. The furniture is as described (very good quality and beautiful finish). Unfortunately the carrier is not honest and does not note when told "subject to unpacking". Tradis will do their best to resolve any minor problems encountered, and we are well aware that the problem encountered is not of their making.

We have just recommended a small range of furniture for our shop 1 year after our first purchase. The discontinuity of the range is a real problem. The wine cabinet, which seemed to be identical in every way to the first one, is not at all, and it looks really bad... It's a real shame, because we thought the quality was great, the style was very nice and the prices were affordable.
