I am quite happy with the color obtained, true to the photo, but there is still the problem of the roots being a bit too light due to the white hair, I will try to mix this color with a darker tone next time. Thank you for advising me.

I tried the deep chestnut and I am very disappointed, the color is beautiful but the white hairs have turned coppery red, in the sun it's worse. Everything I didn't want. Even with the two sachets of powder and double the application time. I won't do it again.

Hello,
You contacted us on Tuesday, June 3rd, late in the morning to inform us that the code provided by Chronopost did not allow you to open the locker.
Chronopost informed us that the package, made available for pickup on Wednesday, May 28th at 10:00 AM, was available for 7 calendar days, until Tuesday, June 3rd at 10:00 AM.
The code therefore did not work because the deadline for picking up the package had expired. Out of understanding, we took care of the return of the package and, at our own expense, we sent you a new package, shipped on Friday, June 6th.
This new package will be available for pickup on Wednesday, June 11th.
Despite all our efforts to satisfy our customers and the financial impact we bear, this does not seem to have satisfied you. What more can we do, knowing that we cannot be held responsible for delivery services and packages picked up too late?

Top packaging, ease of application and rinsing of the powder, but the base red takes over the final color and highlights my white hair. Maybe a second application will be needed after a week for a more durable coloring.

Very unfortunate I still haven't received anything! I was planning to dye my hair for an occasion, I placed the order very early on March 18th but today is March 29th and I haven't received anything, no email from them or anything, then I learn (because I insisted via email and chat) that my order has been returned for an unknown reason?! No apology email, no commercial gesture, nothing at all and now I'm still waiting!!!!

I've just switched from chemical coloring to vegetable coloring and I'm delighted with the durability of the color (I chose Espresso). My hair is also much softer. The only downside is that the scent is strong and persistent over the next 2 days, so I put a little scented mist on my hair :-)

Having a lot of white hair, the coloring was not optimal despite the application of the base beforehand. I don't know if this is due to the wrong way of applying or to having too much white hair. The deep brown is turning red now. A re-coloring is necessary rather quickly.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. The problem you've encountered comes from the 2nd installation, and is caused by the temperature being too low or too high (ideally 60°).
This can easily be rectified by redoing the 2nd installation.

I appreciated the materials and nice packaging and easy instructions. However the color was much redder than I expected and since it was mostly for my roots, it looks strange. I think I need to color on top of it with espresso color so am disappointed and would appreciate getting a sample of espresso to fix this version (chestnut brow ). Thanks!

I'm starting to have salt-and-pepper hair and I was looking for a natural hair color both in terms of its composition and its effects, and I'm pleased with my purchase. White hair, once colored, isn't as dark as mine, but it makes highlights and no one had noticed that I'd done a color, which I absolutely wanted. I wanted to keep my color while masking my white hair. I'd recommend it.
