We are really sorry that your second experience with us was not up to your expectation. Our stock information are most of the time accurate but some rare errors between our expected stock and the real number of bottles at our logistician can on some rare occasion happen. I'm really sorry you have experienced that situation, which as indeed generated a delay in the sending of your package. Concerning the missing box, we are still investigating the case but it seems we didn't received the boxes for that reference in our last supply, without prior notification. Once again, I'm sorry for the disappointment caused.
