The present was delivered to the wrong address and not the delivery address I had given. Luckily the recipient was honest and also took the trouble to track down the real recipient.

Hello, Thank you for your order and your feedback. We have never been contacted concerning a delivery issue on your order and I'm surprised by your description of the delivery since it was a home delivery by Colissimo and it can't be delivered to a wrong address. If the recipient is not at the indicated address, the package is simply returned to the sender. The only case that could fit your description, is Colissimo giving the package to a neighbor because the recipient was not there. If this is the case, it's fully the transporter's decision and we, Uisuki, are absolutely not responsible for that. On our side, we did everything as expected, sending your package the day after your order for a delivery within 2 days. Considering all that, I find your evaluation quite harsh. I am sorry that your shopping experience did not meet your expectations. Regarding the preparation time, there was indeed an issue on our logistics platform on Tuesday, July 12, which delayed shipments to the 13th. Your order was therefore shipped with a 1-day delay compared to the planned date. Then Colissimo took much longer than expected to deliver to the pickup point (4 working days instead of 2 days theoretically), probably due to the July 14 holiday. On this point, I am again sorry but unfortunately, we do not have control over delivery once the package is handed over to the carrier. Regarding the insufficiently glued packaging, I will report this to the logistics service. As you can see from other customer reviews, this is very unusual, which is why it is important for us to identify the cause of this packaging defect. If you have photos of the package as you received it, please do not hesitate to send them to us.

Hello, The package itself was not damaged and the packaging is not at fault in your case. Only the interior of the cardboard case of the bottles was damaged, with exactly the same defect on both cases received, which rather suggests a problem from the start, in the very design of the case by the manufacturer. It should also be noted that the bottles themselves were never damaged. Supports as suggested would not have solved the problem. Additionally, we handled your request on the same day you contacted us and since then we have taken charge of the return of the products you did not wish to keep with a full refund of the order upon receipt of the return package as specified in our terms and conditions. In this context, I understand your dissatisfaction but your evaluation seems a bit harsh considering our response.
