Hello, Thank you for your order and your feedback. We have never been contacted concerning a delivery issue on your order and I'm surprised by your description of the delivery since it was a home delivery by Colissimo and it can't be delivered to a wrong address. If the recipient is not at the indicated address, the package is simply returned to the sender. The only case that could fit your description, is Colissimo giving the package to a neighbor because the recipient was not there. If this is the case, it's fully the transporter's decision and we, Uisuki, are absolutely not responsible for that. On our side, we did everything as expected, sending your package the day after your order for a delivery within 2 days. Considering all that, I find your evaluation quite harsh. Anyway, I hope the recipient enjoyed the product and I wish you happy holidays. Best regards,
