I am sorry that your shopping experience did not meet your expectations. Regarding the preparation time, there was indeed an issue on our logistics platform on Tuesday, July 12, which delayed shipments to the 13th. Your order was therefore shipped with a 1-day delay compared to the planned date. Then Colissimo took much longer than expected to deliver to the pickup point (4 working days instead of 2 days theoretically), probably due to the July 14 holiday. On this point, I am again sorry but unfortunately, we do not have control over delivery once the package is handed over to the carrier. Regarding the insufficiently glued packaging, I will report this to the logistics service. As you can see from other customer reviews, this is very unusual, which is why it is important for us to identify the cause of this packaging defect. If you have photos of the package as you received it, please do not hesitate to send them to us.
