The solar motion detector models and owl chime receivers have changed since 2023. No information on this subject on the site. A small compatibility table with the old models would be welcome for those who are upgrading their installation or who want to replace one of the elements.

Nothing works, I called the indicated number, >>> nothing, no one to talk to. The doorbell button does not connect to the receiver. I disassembled the doorbell and put the battery in the other way > nothing. No polarity indication on the battery either.

Fast shipping, however the remote controls do not work very well and the detectors do not always communicate properly with each other, especially if several walls separate them (regardless of the distance which is a maximum of 20 m. However, the detectors taken individually work well.

Ordered a new set of driveway sensor packs but I like the older models better! They had just a couple of chimes to choose from the newer plug in designs have ridiculous chimes ,they do get quite annoying, still a good idea though, best ones around for garden alerts!

The product is fine. Your delivery service is not. Your couriers DPD failed to deliver twice despite the fact that I stayed home all day on both days when they said they would come. They simply didn't bother and made no effort to contact me. The only way I could get the item was to request a delivery to a local pickup point. Hopeless and useless. You should use another company.

Many thanks for your review and sharing your feedback The entry delay on the PIR is 5 seconds and the sirens is 15 seconds, which should give you enough time to deactivate the system should you have forgotten to disarm before entering, but it does seem a while when you are waiting /timing etc. We do appreciate customer feedback and try to use this information to further improve our products moving forward. Good Morning Sir, Many thanks for your feedback, Although we do prepare many of our systems prior to sending out to customers, We do try to ensure that all our systems are sent with specific instructions, your system should have had a set of receiver instructions and door contact installation instructions/pictures included and we do apologies if this was missing. The receiver does have a choice of 32 different sounds available, and hopefully you will be able to find a tune that suits, if however, you are not satisfied with the product, please do return it to us and we will process a refund accordingly. Was only able to link once and when the alarm sounds it's so quiet I was told to remove it by the customer

Good morning Paul, Many thanks for your review and we are sorry that this did not match your customers requirements. I can see from the order details that you had the DA600 door alert with flashing strobe system, and although the receiver does have adjustable volume, it may not be loud enough in a noisy environment but it would be possible to connect a buzzer or siren to the receiver (similar to the flashing strobe). I found the instructions for installation of my purchase both confusing and difficult to understand

We have tried to update many of our instruction manuals and set up guides to make the process easier (if possible, we do try to program kits and systems up for customers prior to despatch if we know the set up requirements), using QR codes, pictures and videos as well as re-writing some manuals and frequently asked questions sections on our Technical help pages on our website. The range is shorter than claimed. The default sound needs to be dog barking but it is door bell. So if the electricity is briefly off when away, it will go back to door bell and defeat the purpose. The dog sound is okay

Positioning of the unit can also be key to achieving range and hopefully we will be able to advise or give you some pointers if you are uncertain on best set up scenarios. Unfortunately the default alarm/warning chime is not the dog bark and we will pass your comments onto the manufacturer. I've bought numerous bollards from you. And this time I purchased 2 and they weee sent to the wrong address and luckily I located them myself but, I also lost out on lj eg as the day I was supposed to fit them had passed. And I had to give a discount.

Impeccable package, easy to use. Perfect phone reception. Self-adhesive labels are not great as they need to be applied from the inside and I worry about the caravan windows which are plexiglass. Risk of amalgamation with heat. So disappointed on that side. We are looking for other labels, so not cool.

Hello, I still haven't been able to operate the devices (alarm with telephone alert call) because the pin code of the sim card needs to be deactivated. However, since this sim card is a mini sim, it's impossible to find a smartphone that accepts it to carry out the procedure, it's outdated. I am with Free and there is no way to deactivate it with them, nor in store. No pre-cut cards with them... in short, it's a hassle.

Two remarks following my two orders on the site:
support for the modules a bit fragile,
difficult in some cases to lock them in the desired position (the ball joint locking is a bit light)
screws for fixing the modules to the base are not of good quality (the head of one is completely broken ..) and a slightly larger diameter would be more appropriate
