good for contact and advice but a problem to deactivate the pin code of the free card due to old format and thus the need to find a holder of an old phone under free accepting the card size to do it. Well noted in the manual but not in the product description. So to be planned according to operator

Items were as expected and easy to install with clear instructions, the door contacts are not ideal for a caravan door with an insect mesh. We however are using one on an external hatch and plan to order more, otherwise all works and seems ok, only had it installed two days so time will tell.

The sensors inside and out were incapable of communicating with the siren box on front of the building. I found that only when the sensors were able to "see" the siren were they able to communicate. Otherwise the team were helpful but system a waste of money.

I am sorry you couldn't get the Wireless range between the Sensors and your desired location for the Siren Controller Box, unfortunately one can never be 100% sure with regards to Wireless Signals, we advertise actual distances (line of sight) which have all been tested and confirmed by us before adding them to our range of products. But it is impossible to know what may hinder this, it can be the nature of the construction, hidden cables or steel in walls, wi-fi and consumer box locations, even external influences. It would probably be possible for you to add a secondary Siren to this Alarm Kit, the first Siren could then bounce a signal to a second Siren at the front of the house. Please contact us if you want to discuss this option (01604 589414, option 1, or email [email protected])
