The usefulness of contacting an advisor beforehand should be highlighted on the site before placing an order

Very good alarm. The only small downside is the shape of the remote control whose buttons can be easily activated. I know you are working on it and it will be modified very soon, but I had bought 6 a month ago and it annoys me to buy 6 more.

Site as I like it, meaning with an accessible and competent telephone reception, technicians who explain well in case of unforeseen issues. One downside: the siren of the purchased product given for 130 db is too weak for a camper van.

Response from Ultra Secure (ultrasecuredirect.com) Published on 28/08/2018

Hello, Sorry for this inconvenience. If necessary, please note that you can definitely add additional sirens as accessories. When triggered, they will all sound at the same time and you will thus have a superior volume effect and, above all, resonance. Remaining at your disposal for more information. Best regards, Christopher Ultra Secure / Security Market

The product arrived very quickly and extremely well packed.
I was originally told that I couldn't add to our security system as the product I wanted was no longer made. However I found a second hand part which was just what I wanted, when browsing the website.
It was unfortunate that the member of staff to whom I spoke was not aware of this.
To be fair, they do not usually have second hand items.

Overall a really good experience using UltraSecure. Their UltraPIR is a great asset to run alongside our CCTV systems and gives a great secondary warning when on patrols.

Hello your check refund French not valid in Switzerland too bad
my greetings Casanova JM.

Translated reviews

Response from Ultra Secure (ultrasecuredirect.com) Published on 01/08/2018

Hello,

Sorry for that, indeed it is not common for us to refund by check in Switzerland and my colleague must not have thought of the different currency. Can't your bank still cash and convert directly?
It was only about shipping costs so nothing very serious given the low amount. I think the simplest thing, if you can't cash it, is that we keep the amount to deduct from your next order. Obviously only if that suits you otherwise we will find a better solution.
I will ask my colleague to get back to you upon her return from vacation so that you can discuss together.

Best regards,
Christopher
