Good system, very noisy and that's what we're looking for. Remote control sometimes capricious.

Very happy with the retractable bollards. Very disappointed with the provided padlocks which appear to be the cheapest on the market, about £5 from Amazon. Already struggling with one of them and have purchased better quality.

Good customer service via email and product received quickly. Dropped a star because the item was a replacement, the previous one broke after only 2 years. Not just mine either as my neighbour bought one at the same time and his has also failed (he isn't replacing).

Although everything I have purchased from Ultra Secure has been good with fast delivery. I did ask a question using the online form and have not had a reply in last seven days, I made my own enquiry with an electrician purchased the part and fitted and working yet still no reply?

It works well but I wanted the alarm siren to be outside. Also it would be good if sounded and stopped but started again

Good delivery and a phone call to say that new unit will need coding came with easy to follow instructions....

I only have one issue. Used to phone up for technical support you could talk to a human being but now you can't that was very helpful but not now

I haven't fitted the system let but ordering was easy and arrived quite quickly

Easy to use, dies what it says on the tin.

The company appears to be good, their website is informative and the item was received extremely quickly and was well packaged.
The item I bought was a shed /garage alarm and it appears to work really well , yet I've only had it about a week.
Slightly disappointed that it wasn't made by UltraSecure, but in China (as is the norm these days)
The screw fittings supplied were not adequate for masonry mounting (probably ok for wood) and the small screw for the back plate, too long /tight for the job and I ended up stripping the head on it - Had to find another to resolve matters. Minor gripes though.
On the current basis, I'd use UltaSecure again and/or recommend them.

Easy to order, product as described, appears to be good quality and does what was wanted. The delivery charge is too high considering the size of the parcel and the premium price of the product though, it wasn't needed urgently and there were no alternative options available, which is why this is a 4, not 5 star rating; it was however well packed and protected.

Been looking for a long distance CCTV camera for a while, and google came up with Ultra secure and i found what i was looking for, connected it and fitted it. It what I was expecting, I fitted my existing solar panel to it, but will have to wait until the sun comes out, all rounder perfect. No cables to worry about. Really happy with purchase

Good system. Good customer service and technical support. My only criticism is the handset lasts for one to two years before breaking down. I am on my third handset in 5 years. Despite this I am happy with the system as a whole.

Well laid out website and easy ordering process. very quick delivery in secure packaging. One of the CR123a batteries supplied was faulty so it was not possible to set up the transmitter until it was replaced. I've used this company a few times and this is the only time there has been a minor glitch.

The product is fine. Your delivery service is not. Your couriers DPD failed to deliver twice despite the fact that I stayed home all day on both days when they said they would come. They simply didn't bother and made no effort to contact me. The only way I could get the item was to request a delivery to a local pickup point. Hopeless and useless. You should use another company.

It's works well, but to took a little while to sort it all out, I still don't know how to use the shield button or what it does. An instruction sheet would be very useful. Please let me know what the instructions are for the shield button and what it does?

All quite good, but I had to call them and ask where my parcel was, and was told that they were waiting for an item to come in to complete the order, personally, I think that they had missed my order, because the next day, I was informed that it had been posted, so why did they not inform me that they were waiting for an item, and there would have been no need to contact them.

Very helpful when I had a problem

On receipt of the order a part was missing. Ultra Secure were very apologetic and the missing part was delivered the next day. Very pleased with goods received.

dealing with UltraSecure is fine but the standard of the product has fallen .It could be that this product is now produced by a different manufacturer and there is no quality control. I say this as the unit I have just purchased sounds like a cat being strangled .

Serious company with excellent support and available advisors.
However, there is a lack of a customer area with order tracking and history; you place an order but without creating an account, which is surprising nowadays. But this does not prevent excellent tracking at the delivery level and ultra-fast delivery.
Regarding the equipment, I am talking about a specific range and do not question the quality of the other materials they sell. It concerns the Ultrapir range; remote control too sensitive (do not put it in your pocket) + poor contact at the battery level on some remotes + the supports for the detectors are of mediocre quality, unsuitable for the weight of the detector (too bad, this was already the case in 2016, during my previous order, and it has not been corrected). Otherwise, in terms of operation and detection, nothing to complain about, and that is the main thing.
But overall, it is a serious and trustworthy company that I highly recommend.
