Response from Ultra Secure (ultrasecuredirect.com)
Hello,
There is no reason for you to be dissatisfied with our products:
1/ We are here to listen to you and help you with the use and installation of your equipment, and this via a non-premium number. You used it before the sale, why didn't you do it afterwards?
2/ We offer a 30-day return period for a refund, it's your guarantee of satisfaction. You just need to return your order to us, we will refund you, it's that simple.
Regarding the delivery time:
- you ordered on Wednesday, October 5th in the afternoon
- your order was prepared and shipped the next day, Thursday 6th
- your order arrived at the pickup point 48 working hours later (on Monday, there is no delivery on weekends)
So a delivery in 24/72h as stated on our site, we really can't do faster than that. Unless you want to incur exorbitant express delivery fees from UPS or others... As a reminder, the shipping costs for your order amount to... 0.
However, a small note: you only picked up the package on Wednesday the 12th, so it couldn't have been that urgent!
Please know that we work daily to satisfy our customers (97% of them are), but sometimes the demands of these customers are unfortunately much too high.
We remain at your disposal if necessary.
Best regards,
Christopher

Very quick service, I received my goods the day after ordering. Efficient delivery, communicated by text allowing for suitable time and day. Dummy cameras I bought were too small in reality so ensure you check sizes on website.

Recent client (since April 2016). I have already made numerous purchases and, until today, I am satisfied with the products and services. Very serious company, good phone reception, responsive customer service, the products are of good quality/price ratio, and delivered very quickly. I just find it a shame that we cannot have customer reviews on the products, that is why I only give 4 stars.

Prompt delivery. Coals look good. Will wait awhile to see how the paints reacts when the gas fire is used before considering a 5* review.

Excellent pre sales advice and very speedy delivery within 2 days. However it took 3 deliveries to get the full order due to missing items. I received great follow up service when missing items were reported and was advised the 'problem' had been resolved. I would still recommend and will be ordering additional accessories shortly to expand the system

comprehensive website ...... this would have been 5 stars if the instructions in the box had been written in English that was understandable instead of an incomprehensible Chinese translation

Impeccable delivery, product of average quality but meeting our expectations: removable alarm that we only set when we are absent from the reception desk.
