Customer reviews of Ultra Secure (ultrasecuredirect.com)

Good: Well-designed site although a bit repetitive, fast delivery, effective product easy to install and use but a bit expensive and with a certain lack of autonomy!

thank you

Overall, correct, the technical service is more honest than the sales service. This is probably because the technicians know the products sold better than those who sell them. But a performing product apart from a few functions that I have not yet managed to master or that do not work. I still recommend. M.D

The bracelet/pendant meets my expectations. The setup is a bit tedious (you need an old phone with a microchip). The battery life is not sufficient (3 days).

I am very satisfied with the service and its diligence, the purchase was made within very reasonable timeframes. However, regarding the products, I dared to hope for a bit better from supposedly French material. Which surely is not (it is not indicated anywhere, which would surely be the case if it were), only the company is, but it hardly does better than 'China'. Although I am satisfied with the detector and its range (very superior to anything I have seen elsewhere), I am equally disappointed with the sound quality, low volume, and the deplorable choice of melodies offered. Perfect if you live in a 9 square meter attic (and in this case, there's no need to have 600 meters of range!) but really 'light' if you are in a somewhat spacious country house. What a pity that the more technology evolves, the more quality shrinks! I remember a chime when I was a child at my parents' house that was not only powerful but generated a 'ding-dong' of beauty and purity worthy of a vibraphone! It took 'progressing' 50 years to have a very artificial 'ding-dong', where the dong extinguishes the ding, preventing the B flat from making a nice minor third with the F. As for those like me whose deafness is no longer a mystery, it's better to put this bell on your head like a walkman, convenient!

good

For the product I ordered and received on time, I am fully satisfied.
Thank you and congratulations to the entire Securite Marche team.

Does exactly what I expected. Very good equipment. However, the manual is a bit overloaded, too many explanations on the options mixed with the basic elements. It's a bit confusing...

The order and delivery went well

Good

Meets the desired needs

team attentive, everything went well

I had an old defective intercom and was looking for a more modern solution with cordless phones. I found this site after searching and contacted the technical service to explain my case. True professionals who guided me well on the board to choose. It was purchased and installed. Now the product is good but not extraordinary (the handsets discharge quite quickly for my taste, the board sometimes does not want to open remotely). Overall satisfied with my purchase anyway.

Everything worked well.

the minimum order is a bit too high

Article as described, delivered shortly, all options are there for the greatest happiness of my client
This article offers so many placement possibilities that it took a few days to choose..

One of the modules got wet.. I opened it and dried it... since then everything works correctly.. good product

Fast and nothing to report

Very serious and efficient company, good products, but quite expensive, the BT range has some triggers without reason, siren power a bit weak

Material compliant

RATHER SATISFACTORY;

Order received on time, useful information and advice, advisors available for various requests.

The product is very satisfactory and I received the necessary advice.

Exceptional customer service, who took the time to help me - in real time - to resolve a SIM card issue that prevented me from using my equipment. Security market, which has been working perfectly since.

Apart from the siren being a bit weak, I am satisfied.

I am satisfied with my delivery. Very serious site

As for the delivery times, it's very good. The material is of good quality but the use is not as good as I thought.

Reactivity and availability for information are the two main points.

Very prompt delivery and good advice

Well informed

I have not yet installed the kit but it was delivered quickly. I was impressed that they took the time to attach the power supply and configure the kit as a system - good customer service

Service was efficient

DREADFUL CHINESE INSTRUCTIONS ON SMALL BIT OF PAPER TRANSLATED SO DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND. I still don't know why my alarm won't flash when the sos button is pressed . I have to keep contacting this firm . The instructions don't tell you to remove rubber bung to access on switch but tell you to take clear cover off with loads of tiny screws . Might be a UK company but they are selling cheap Chinese rubbish alarms and I bought 2 !
Whole thing been a lot of aggro

Product and delivery all great.. as a DIYer the installation was a little trickier than expected due to narrow gaps around door and frame. This potential problem wasn't obvious to me from the limited instructions on line before ordering or with those that came with the product.

Came when it said it would. Happy with the quality for the price. Website very easy to navigate.

Arrived on time and was what i ordered

Good range of products. Easy ordering and efficient delivery

efficient service and prompt delivery

All seems to work ok, good e mail communication.
Only 4 stars due to the horrendous foam chip packaging that blew all over the place.. come on ultrasecure get in the modern world and ditch the plastics.

Great product. Fast efficient service.
