Response from Ultra Secure (ultrasecuredirect.com)
Hello,

Normally Colissimo sends you this tracking link directly to the email address you provided when placing the order. I deduce that you did not receive it, sometimes these emails unfortunately go to spam.
Please excuse us for this inconvenience, independent of our will.

I hope you managed to retrieve your package nonetheless.

Remaining at your disposal for any further information.

Best regards,
Christopher

I found the service to be great with a vast range of security equipment very reasonably priced. Delivery of the goods was very quick. Ultrasecuredirect will be my first port of call for any security equipment I need in the future.

An impressive concern for customer service! I had a small comprehension problem with a small piece of equipment, I asked the question in the morning and received a more than complete answer during the day.

Very good. Just 2 remarks for export: - attach an invoice; - attach EUR2 or certify the origin of the product. Best regards?

Response from Ultra Secure (ultrasecuredirect.com)
Hello, We actually attach several copies of invoices and export documents to the package, without this, they cannot be exported. An oversight perhaps? Normally the package should have been returned to us in this case. In any case, please excuse us for the inconvenience if this procedure was not followed, I imagine that from your side at the import level it would not have been easy without these documents. I hope that the product itself satisfies you. I remain at your disposal if necessary. Best regards,
