Advice sought from technical dept after which, as I didn't want to be without a replacement sounder I purchased another which arrived promptly. Faulty one returned for repair and will be kept as a spare.

I installed a drive alarm 18 months ago. I love that I get a warning before visitors arrive at my front door, and there is no way I would ever want to be without the device. This review has been prompted by my purchase of a backup system: I don't expect the components to last forever. My recent order was delivered the next day - wow!

I have had products from these guys before and they are always very helpful and set everything up so all I need do is fix it in place. They have a product for every situation and I would use them again without hesitation.
