Ultra Secure consistently delivers promptly and reliably, with fast shipping and on-time or early delivery across multiple mentions. The product quality and ease of installation are highlighted by clear instructions, straightforward setup, and well-functioning devices such as intercoms and alarms that work effectively right away. Customer service is repeatedly praised for responsiveness, politeness, and helpful problem resolution, including prompt follow-ups and attentive assistance when issues arise. Teams are described as professional and knowledgeable, providing accurate advice and ensuring orders meet stated needs and specifications.
Excellent quality equipment at a good price.
Would be nice to have a couple of weeks grace on delivery charges, if you find you need to add a small addition to your system after your first order of over £75.
But other than that, all good. Cheers.

I spoke to the tec team and they advised me regarding the equipment. I ordered it on line and received it before I expected. It took me about ten minutes to install and commission.
Great bit of kit, very discrete. Working well.

I purchased a BT Wireless Door Alarm & Internal Siren (battery powered) for an outbuilding. The system arrived very quickly and was set up ready to install. The door is about 25m from the house and the siren and the remote control are in the house. It is a very good system for a reasonable price and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a simple to install door alarm.

This item was out of stock when I sought to purchase earlier in the year.
However, Stuart from Customer Services was really excellent in keeping in touch on progress to get fresh stock supplies in. He was spot on with eventual stock delivery & I was able to immediately order. And items received immediately after.
Just really excellent customer service, with good pricing of product.
Thank you all.

The equipment is effective (powerful indoor siren) and very easy to install in a few moments. Easy to use. Very complete range that can meet all types of needs and is especially expandable. You can add various accessories: remotes, sirens, transmitters... according to needs. The manuals are clear, well-readable, and complete. The customer service is very responsive and answers without difficulty. Very satisfied with the equipment and the company.
