Response from Ultra Secure (ultrasecuredirect.com)
Good morning Paul, Many thanks for your review and we are sorry that this did not match your customers requirements. I can see from the order details that you had the DA600 door alert with flashing strobe system, and although the receiver does have adjustable volume, it may not be loud enough in a noisy environment but it would be possible to connect a buzzer or siren to the receiver (similar to the flashing strobe). Please do contact us by email should you require any further assistance with setting the system up in this way. Alternatively, please return the units to us and we will process a refund accordingly. Hope this helps Kind regards Stuart

Whilst unfortunately the product that I ordered and promptly received had to be returned as it didn't quite work for what I wanted , the service and response was five star . Nothing wrong with the product which was good quality .

We ordered a set of three night lights/torches which were delivered quickly. They are a great security feature and we are so glad we got them. Absolutely essential for power cuts at night and so useful. Thoroughly recommended.

I've been using Ultra secure products for years - we use personal alarm systems as our son has epilepsy. The products always arrive quickly and are reliable. The tech support is also really good too.
