Delivery was very prompt. Save for the fact necessary batteries were missing (those batteries sent the following day after I informed Ultra Secure of same) the product was easy to programme and install and so far is working well. The tracker I bought is excellent and fulfils all of the functions I could wish for. My only criticism would be towards the sensitivity of the fall alarm. There are 6 levels and even at the least sensitive it will often activate the alarm at what can be a brush or moderately heavy steps.

I found the site following a google search and was impressed with the variety of security posts available. Prices were competitive and there was sufficient information available to help me make my choice. there was also links to You tube videos. Delivery was excellent and followed up with a phone call from a member of staff. I also called the technical help line for advise which was very good.
