Excellent company to deal with. Next day delivery. Unfortunately post ordered was not suitable for my drive, spoke to Stewart who told me to return it, and quickly authorised a full refund. Ordered a different post, which again was sent on next day delivery.

does exactly what it says it will do. I bought BT alarms. They are easy to set up and easy to fit. When I couldn't find the extras I needed on the website I sent and email and got a response within hours pointing me at exactly what I needed. I purchased it and it arrived within 2 days. Excellent. I needed a GSM alarm for my boat. Lots to choose from on the site and good value. I bought a two PIR system. Nice that I can set the GSM PIR to silent and the other sounds the alarm. Good distraction whilst the numbers are getting dialed. Set up easy... Even activating the SIM. One false alarm at 2am... But I've relocated the PIR and no problems since. Amazing value, clear set up, seems to work well. Very happy with these guys.

Following a breakin at our premises and the attempted theft of a Caravan from our storage facility we made contact with Ultrasecure direct at visited them . Their advice regarding enhancing our site security by installing a Wifi Camera and Flood light combination was excellent . We made a second purchase of the same unit and have just purchased a third unit . We have been extremley pleased with all aspects of the service from the company and the performance of the equipment . More than happy to give a Five Star rating and would highly recomend the company . .

Dear Sir
I am very sorry we made a mistake on your original order but we did post a replacement hood out to you as soon as we were notified, this was despatched by Royal Mail on the 9th December. We would have expected it to arrive by now, but as we all know the complete parcel & delivery service is really struggling to cope with the huge increase in demand caused by Covid and Brexit. We will however post another one out to you, so hopefully one will arrive very soon. Once again we apologize for the oversight.
