I had to ring to confirm that what I was buying would work with one I had brought previously. The person I spoke to was very helpful and explained it would.
I paid for next day delivery and it arrived on time. It was well packed with no damage.

I contacted Ultra Secure Direct
, by telephone, to make enquiries about a product. The gentleman at USD was very helpful and polite, and was able to answer my queries. I subsequently went onto the website and ordered the product. Delivery arrived the next day, neatly boxed. The product it self was just what I required. Thank USD for an excellent website, excellent products, and excellent customer service.

Delivery was incredibly quick! Good communications as to status. Well packed. The handset's charge don't last very long, and people are still just honking their horn or shouting for me at the gate (but that's not the unit's fault!), but overall we're very pleased. We use the handsets as walkie-talkies if one of us is out across the land. When I've put up the cctv camera I think will have the best possible set up. Very pleased. Thank you. Have and will continue to recommend both you and it.

Good product and even better they have a help desk with intelligent life manning it. Only negative is the instructions were less than brilliant but due it being a simple alarm and with help desk it was a doddle.

The dummy cctv camera we purchased looks very realistic. My husband used a spare piece of cabling we had and attached it with the camera to the wall so it looks as though it's wired up properly. We didn't put batteries in after reading other reviews saying when lit up it wasn't convincing although I can't say whether that's true or not. We put up the cctv warning sign so the combo together should hopefully be the deterrent we require. Was easy enough to fit.

I have recently purchased a Battery GSM UltraDIAL Alarm with 2 x BT PIR's & Solar Siren. It arrived very well packaged and on time.
I had a couple of issues setting my alarm up due to not reading the instructions properly and contacted the technical department a couple of times. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and got me up and runing in no time at all.
