Ordered a new set of driveway sensor packs but I like the older models better! They had just a couple of chimes to choose from the newer plug in designs have ridiculous chimes ,they do get quite annoying, still a good idea though, best ones around for garden alerts!

The product is fine. Your delivery service is not. Your couriers DPD failed to deliver twice despite the fact that I stayed home all day on both days when they said they would come. They simply didn't bother and made no effort to contact me. The only way I could get the item was to request a delivery to a local pickup point. Hopeless and useless. You should use another company.

As i have not had the time to fit it yet i cannot give my review.

Would like the alarm to activate quicker without delay when activated. delay time in activating is ok.

The item came with the wrong instructions. I've just put the item aside and let it. The ring alarm sounds so cheap.

Was only able to link once and when the alarm sounds it's so quiet I was told to remove it by the customer

The range is shorter than claimed. The default sound needs to be dog barking but it is door bell. So if the electricity is briefly off when away, it will go back to door bell and defeat the purpose. The dog sound is okay

I've bought numerous bollards from you. And this time I purchased 2 and they weee sent to the wrong address and luckily I located them myself but, I also lost out on lj eg as the day I was supposed to fit them had passed. And I had to give a discount.

Impeccable package, easy to use. Perfect phone reception. Self-adhesive labels are not great as they need to be applied from the inside and I worry about the caravan windows which are plexiglass. Risk of amalgamation with heat. So disappointed on that side. We are looking for other labels, so not cool.

Mixed review for me... Where are the 130Db claimed on the site?... The phone call trigger after the alarm is way too long... The alarm deactivation button on the remote control is starting to have an intermittent contact.

For the ordering and delivery part: nothing to say. For the ordered item, namely a senior watch, I am more mixed because it does not hold the battery, it was flashing all day very brightly. Following your recommendations, it no longer flashes at all. But it's still very average.

Since I use the alarm in Belgium, I do not always receive calls during an intrusion

Hello, I still haven't been able to operate the devices (alarm with telephone alert call) because the pin code of the sim card needs to be deactivated. However, since this sim card is a mini sim, it's impossible to find a smartphone that accepts it to carry out the procedure, it's outdated. I am with Free and there is no way to deactivate it with them, nor in store. No pre-cut cards with them... in short, it's a hassle.

It took a week for the item to arrive and then only after I contacted the firm saying it had not arrived. The item I got has been activated and worked well.

Hello, quick delivery, order in accordance. Two remarks following my two orders on the site: support for the modules a bit fragile, difficult in some cases to lock them in the desired position (the ball joint locking is a bit light) screws for fixing the modules to the base are not of good quality (the head of one is completely broken ..) and a slightly larger diameter would be more appropriate best regards

No documentation with the material. I had to call twice to get it by email and therefore print it myself.

In terms of the order and delivery, it's very good, but the wireless doorbell system turned out to be defective and its operation intermittent. On my side, I had diagnosed that the magnetic contact was the cause but the technician from Ultra Secure requested the complete return of the system for testing and after a few days sent me back the whole thing claiming that he had not noticed anything abnormal. Of course, I reassembled the whole thing and after only 1 day the failure reappeared. The technician again asked me to return the contact alone and sent me a new one, since then the doorbell works without any problems. The complete kit cost about 100 €, I find that from my first request ULTRA SECURE should have sent me a new kit which would have saved me several disassemblies and numerous steps.

I received the product well, it was compliant and quick, but the order was for my parents and I received it at my home. By paying via PayPal, my PayPal address replaced the one I had indicated. I realized this immediately. I informed customer service on the site (urgent case) and received no response. I was therefore forced to pay shipping fees (in addition to those already paid on the site and quite expensive) to forward the package. I then contacted customer service again and still received no response.

Good reception but the information on the products could be more precise, which in my opinion would have avoided me some rather unpleasant surprises I am not very unhappy, but I think my experience could have been much better

Easy to find the camera I need, but impossible to pay! The payment system does not work. I had to send the money by bank transfer. Also, their email is not configured correctly, so communication with customer service is not very easy. I cannot recommend them.

Meets my expectations but shows weaknesses from time to time. Some areas (2-3%) are not always detected.
