I appreciate that it isn't directly Ultra Secure's fault but the delivery service from DPD was appalling. It took DPD 3 attempts to deliver my order. Ultra Secure promised to phone me with an update on 2 occasions but they didn't. I can't recommend buying products from this Company.

Dear Sirs We are sorry for the delivery problems, however the UK had just experienced the first big winter storm of 2024 which created havoc on the roads due to many Floods & Snow cover. The Couriers were for a couple of days battling hard to get back in control, and their communication was also suffering as they tried their best in the challenging conditions. In this instance, we would require the units to be returned to us, if you could arrange the return at your convenience, once we have the units back, we would be in a better position to advise whether there is a fault, or whether a repair or replacement was needed. We would cover return costs if the unit was indeed found to be faulty as reported and not damaged/ misused during installation. Unfortunately, we would be unable to send a replacement unit, especially without knowing fully the reason for the reported fault or refund the units without first having the units back. I've read the operation instructions cover to cover multiple times unless I've received a pup I can honestly say the security post locking arrangement must be the worst mechanical design possible. Absolutely frustrating and unworkable system possible nobody will ever convince me to recommend this security post.

Good morning Sir. Many thanks for taking the time to publish a review, and we are sorry that you are experiencing difficulty with the telescopic post. We have sold many of these posts with this locking mechanism and we normally receive comments with how simple and easy to use the post and lock are as opposed to unworkable. Once you lift the post upwards, the handle should be push back to engage a securing pin to ensure the post stays in the upright position. The lock is then simply pressed down to secure the post into place. The keys are not needed to lock the post in position, the keys are only used to unlock and subsequently lower the post. Unfortunately there is a lot of parcels going through the network at the moment, with postal strikes and Black Friday adding to the pressure and now delays caused due to inclement weather this has put some already struggling depots further behind. The latest information on your parcel does suggest that it is expected to go out for delivery today, but weather conditions may be a factor. I have added this to my 'watchlist' and should hopefully receive updates for your parcel. Hopefully we can get it to you soon. Poor design and very dangerous. (Two cycle storage rack). As you take one bike out it just tips over. Box shows wall mounting this would be ok but it also shows loose floor application. IT MUST BE BOLTED DOWN FOR SAFETY this is not warned about.

Very dissatisfied, I will contact customer service and see what they propose. The indoor and outdoor sirens trigger for no reason, the remote control does not stop the sirens (this happens in the middle of the night too). The cherry on the cake, after deactivating the alarm, the sirens went off again... In short, unusable alarm.

Dear Customer I am sorry you have had issues with this 4G Battery Camera, I believe you have now spoken to our technical team and it appears the issue is with the 4G signal in the location where you were trying to use the Camera. If you need to talk to them again please contact us. Unfortunately 4G Cameras rely on a 4G Phone signal for correct operation, just as all of our mobile phones need a network signal to work, in some cases using a SIM Card from a different supplier can give you a better phone (network) signal (for example trying EE if O2 is struggling, or O2 if Vodaphone is struggling), obviously you know the location better than we do. The product is very badly made. The fixing bracket just broke. On the recent purchase of the GDM Alarm, I am very unhappy with the 'manual'. The Website quotes that a CD Rom with the manual is part of the order. No such thing existed. A printed manual was part of the order but the manual is appalling. A very poor translation of Chinese, much of which doesn't make sense, hopeless illlustrations and when I queried one point I was told the manual supplied WAS OUT OF DATE! (I have the record of the email response!) A hugely poor service; might be a useful product if you could make sense of it. Be very careful.

We are sorry you had issues with the Post you purchased, our records show that when a call was made it was quickly established after a brief discussion that we had accidentally missed fitting the Shear Nut on the Hinge which made it vulnerable, it was agreed that we would send one to you that day which was done, it was during during Christmas therefore delivery may have been slightly delayed. We are not sure what the problem with the padlock is as we have sold thousands of these with many types of Posts, if it is faulty we can send you a replacement or different type if requested. We are sorry you experienced a delay in this delivery, we use the nationwide courier DPD so the drivers are not actually working directly for us, we have investigated with DPD and found that they did try to deliver the Post three times before successfully making the delivery to you on the Friday. DPD make hundreds of deliveries for us every week, and the vast majority of these deliveries are done without any delays and problems, unfortunately for whatever reason with your delivery they experienced a problem.

The item you refer to are sold to us and then the manufacturer does large special discounts at selected times direct from China undercutting all sellers for that period (which is obviously very frustrating), more importantly they send without adding any Tax, so we European sellers have to also add the Countries 20% VAT. We also supply full technical support from our base in the UK.
This is a very unusual product with the manufacturer acting like they do, and obviously we will think twice before buying from them again.

The product was nowhere near the level that was suggested. They are labelled as rapid deployment cameras as used by the police and councils - when they turned up they were useless, poor shoddy pieces of equipment and overpriced by several hundred pounds. All a lie, be very careful if you buy from here, nothing is as it says.

I am sorry you have not got on with this Camera, these Battery Powered Cameras are used by many Councils and Police Forces, and images from these Cameras have successfully gone to Court from at least one Council that we know about. The Camera has many settings to experiment with to suit different applications, I am not sure what you couldn't get to work. We have had many customers over the years returning to purchase additional Cameras and we have been selling them for many years now. We have purchased scores of similar and cheaper models to test over the last few years only to experience problems with MMS settings on nearly all of them. Did you contact our technical staff to discuss what is not working for you, they are available by email or telephone.
