Fickle remote control and alarm sound too low
Intercom walkie-talkie works, EXCEPT for closing the gate! We can respond to the interlocutor We can open the gate BUT WE CANNOT CLOSE THE GATE?
I appreciate that it isn't directly Ultra Secure's fault but the delivery service from DPD was appalling. It took DPD 3 attempts to deliver my order. Ultra Secure promised to phone me with an update on 2 occasions but they didn't. I can't recommend buying products from this Company.
It doesn't connect to the phone, there is no voice prompt and no ding noises. It does not come with sufficient cable and no extention cable either. Total waste of money.
I have a problem with the intercom from day one I have had lots of emails with the technical department and they can't resolve it and want me to return and pay for the return postage for test and possibly repaired the company will not supply a replacement
I've read the operation instructions cover to cover multiple times unless I've received a pup I can honestly say the security post locking arrangement must be the worst mechanical design possible. Absolutely frustrating and unworkable system possible nobody will ever convince me to recommend this security post.

Poor design and very dangerous. (Two cycle storage rack). As you take one bike out it just tips over. Box shows wall mounting this would be ok but it also shows loose floor application. IT MUST BE BOLTED DOWN FOR SAFETY this is not warned about.
Very dissatisfied, I will contact customer service and see what they propose. The indoor and outdoor sirens trigger for no reason, the remote control does not stop the sirens (this happens in the middle of the night too). The cherry on the cake, after deactivating the alarm, the sirens went off again... In short, unusable alarm.
Call via SIM card (unlocked) never worked, after multiple attempts I give up, no big deal........
There may or may not be something wrong with the product I bought but a week later it is still not working. Hugely complicated and stressful exercise. Not worth the hassle.
Too expensive for a small item especially the postage.

Our delivery costs are currently under constant strain from all suppliers (increasing in some cases weekly), due to all the issues caused by the Pandemic & Brexit. The product is very badly made. The fixing bracket just broke. On the recent purchase of the GDM Alarm, I am very unhappy with the 'manual'. The Website quotes that a CD Rom with the manual is part of the order. No such thing existed. A printed manual was part of the order but the manual is appalling. A very poor translation of Chinese, much of which doesn't make sense, hopeless illlustrations and when I queried one point I was told the manual supplied WAS OUT OF DATE! (I have the record of the email response!) A hugely poor service; might be a useful product if you could make sense of it. Be very careful.

Does not work bad purchase
Product made cheap hinges held on by a couple of welds .....pound shop padlock supplied overall cheap product expensive to buy.....well d8ssapointed with customer service ....they wasn't interested in helping pay to send back .....avoid
We are sorry you had issues with the Post you purchased, our records show that when a call was made it was quickly established after a brief discussion that we had accidentally missed fitting the Shear Nut on the Hinge which made it vulnerable, it was agreed that we would send one to you that day which was done, it was during during Christmas therefore delivery may have been slightly delayed. We are not sure what the problem with the padlock is as we have sold thousands of these with many types of Posts, if it is faulty we can send you a replacement or different type if requested. We apologize for missing the shear nut and let us know if you want a replacement lock.

Was surpost to be delivered on monday , Finally got my item on Friday after ring your Preston depot up 3 times , you don't talk to your drivers very good
We are sorry you experienced a delay in this delivery, we use the nationwide courier DPD so the drivers are not actually working directly for us, we have investigated with DPD and found that they did try to deliver the Post three times before successfully making the delivery to you on the Friday. DPD make hundreds of deliveries for us every week, and the vast majority of these deliveries are done without any delays and problems, unfortunately for whatever reason with your delivery they experienced a problem.
We do apologize for the delay in the delivery and hope it did not inconvenience you too much.

Great range of products but as I found out to my cost several items I bought and others I was considering buying could be bought elsewhere for much less. One item CCTV Cam was a third less from the original manufacturer. All in all I will not be buying anything from this firm in the future.
The item you refer to are sold to us and then the manufacturer does large special discounts at selected times direct from China undercutting all sellers for that period (which is obviously very frustrating), more importantly they send without adding any Tax, so we European sellers have to also add the Countries 20% VAT. We also supply full technical support from our base in the UK.
This is a very unusual product with the manufacturer acting like they do, and obviously we will think twice before buying from them again.

I bought for bulbs All of them is not working I need my money back
Thank you for the review, the light bulbs will only work during a full power cut, the way to test them is to turn off the relevant circuit on the consumer unit, then they should turn ON. They are designed to only work if the power supply is cut, not just turned off. Sorry for the inconvenience encountered. Despite the tests carried out before shipment, it is possible that a product is defective (it remains electronics) but of course under warranty and therefore the item will be replaced if necessary.
However, I assure you, it is much more often a simple installation problem that can potentially be resolved directly by phone.
I cannot find any exchange with our services to solve the problem (neither email nor call), have you tried to contact us? Obviously, without that, we cannot help you. Bad products. Very unreliable detector mounting (look at what you sell to fix the detector). Sound beep too loud (we are not deaf). The remote control is either not suitable for the keychain or broke on the first day in my pocket. So bad product bad design. Best regards
The product was nowhere near the level that was suggested. They are labelled as rapid deployment cameras as used by the police and councils - when they turned up they were useless, poor shoddy pieces of equipment and overpriced by several hundred pounds. All a lie, be very careful if you buy from here, nothing is as it says.
I am sorry you have not got on with this Camera, these Battery Powered Cameras are used by many Councils and Police Forces, and images from these Cameras have successfully gone to Court from at least one Council that we know about. The Camera has many settings to experiment with to suit different applications, I am not sure what you couldn't get to work. We have had many customers over the years returning to purchase additional Cameras and we have been selling them for many years now. We have purchased scores of similar and cheaper models to test over the last few years only to experience problems with MMS settings on nearly all of them. Did you contact our technical staff to discuss what is not working for you, they are available by email or telephone.
IF the people are good advisors and serious, the product is not up to par. The detector triggers at the slightest wind when it is supposed not to react to moving vegetation. Now it works when it wants even though the batteries have been checked. Disappointing purchase
