It was easy to find the type of item I was after and any additional accessories that were possibly needed. The price was a bit more than some items found but the quality of the item is much higher than some cheap options. The item was easy to install, although one of the screws was very very small so I rounded the screw head BUT they sent me a spare set! Overall very happy with the service.

Without reproach, even with sophisticated equipment, a 4G connected camera via SIM card, the technical support guides you step by step, sends you small files that awaken the reluctant data flow and even if you are not a geek, you manage. Because that's where the difference lies, real technicians who have tested the products, well-written docs and care taken throughout the value chain. It may be a bit more expensive than direct import from China, but frankly, there's no comparison.

I found the website very user friendly, able to locate the product I wanted quickly. using the checkout was also very easy. The items I bought were delivered promptly, well packaged and in good order. One of the padlocks that came with the security post was faulty, so I contacted UltraSecure by phone. The gentleman I spoke to said he was sorry to hear there was a problem and he would send a replacement. Originally, i'd asked for matching locks and thought I would have to put up with different keys for the replacement, thus I was extremely pleased when I received two new locks so the keys matched. This was my first time using this company and I would happily use their service again.

Just to say something: too bad that technically there is no relay contact to make an external visible witness of the alarm's arming....(however, potential buyers can rest assured: there are relay outputs for other orders for spots, locks or additional sirens without any problem... these alarms are excellent in that they do not trigger unnecessarily for a passing cat or falling dead leaves..... Easy to use cameras. Even camera at shed 60 ft away from the router .Only thing I did not understand was that each camera needs a power supply so need to think about outside power (2mtr max to power point)
