Good product and even better they have a help desk with intelligent life manning it. Only negative is the instructions were less than brilliant but due it being a simple alarm and with help desk it was a doddle.

The dummy cctv camera we purchased looks very realistic. My husband used a spare piece of cabling we had and attached it with the camera to the wall so it looks as though it's wired up properly. We didn't put batteries in after reading other reviews saying when lit up it wasn't convincing although I can't say whether that's true or not. We put up the cctv warning sign so the combo together should hopefully be the deterrent we require. Was easy enough to fit.
Great little alarm just wish the delay wasnt as long before the alarm goes off But well worth it

I have recently purchased a Battery GSM UltraDIAL Alarm with 2 x BT PIR's & Solar Siren. It arrived very well packaged and on time. I had a couple of issues setting my alarm up due to not reading the instructions properly and contacted the technical department a couple of times. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and got me up and runing in no time at all. Very satisfied. Would definitely recommend.

Great little device, quick setup, no need for IT or electronic background for the setup, it's instant. I have a bell in the kitchen and one in the workshop, allowing me to leave the barrier open.

The presentation of products on the site is clear. My contact for advice understood my issue well. The delivery time was longer than I had anticipated (but perhaps due to COVID-19). However, I did not understand (or did not read) that the detectors are delivered without support and I am looking for solutions. For the detectors at the ends, I have ideas, but for the central detector, I will not be able to install it. I will use it elsewhere, for another purpose.
