No issues so far.

Careful delivery, communication with customer service impeccable, material (cameras, 4G router) of good quality, the guide (in French) could be more complete but customer service is attentive and responds quickly.

No problems with reception or installation. All that remains is to see its good functioning over time ??? J.C

I am not on my first purchase with you, the material works perfectly and access to customer service by phone for advice is very responsive. However, I had a bad surprise, the alarm order received was on the same frequency as the one in place and the means for changing it is a bit complicated to implement to modify the frequency on each command and which each has its frequency in order to differentiate two areas to extend but close.

Easy enough to find what I wanted. Ordering was straightforward and the item came very promptly. It was well packaged and had sufficiently clear instructions. Hi Guys Yes I have set the system up and am happy with it apart from one thing. When I receive a text to inform me the system has operated its in what appears to be Chinese !!!!! Unfortunately my understanding of "Mandarin" isn't exactly fluent. That said I thought it was hilarious tbh anything we can do to change to English please !!!

I ordered a wireless intercom with extra mains adaptor and external aerial. Unfortunately, when the order arrived, the aerial and mains adaptor was missing. After one simple phone call they had the items sent out that day and they were with me the next day. It was a simple mistake that was rectified straight away.
