Alarm does exactly what it says, I bought it for my workshop and it's seriously loud and, despite not pointing directly at the door, it catches everything. It's easy to use to enable and disable the alarm and can be turned off from outside before going in. It also beeps to let you know it's worked. I was a bit dubious about how good it would be but I'm so impressed and especially for the price which I think is very reasonable for the quality of the item In relation to customer service, I sent quite a long email with some very specific questions and they got back to me really quickly and were very helpful, even dissuading me from purchasing a more expensive item as I didn't actually need it. Really easy to set up and install. All in all I could not be happier
