Website clear on content,use of alarms and cost.Instructions with alarm not so clear. I may suggest Ultrasecure UK read them through and then rewrite- you'd only need to do it once for each alarm and the end result would be much better. That being said managed to install it and very pleased with the product

It was complicated for me to remove the pin code from my SIM CARD because I did not have a phone accepting mini SIM cards. The market security people kindly offered to send it to them to do it themselves. Generally speaking, the market security people are excessively friendly, competent, and helpful. I recommend their equipment that I use for monitoring my elderly parents and which only costs me 2€/month.
