I purchased an ariel for my wireless CCTV system to boost a camera that was outside the range of the receiver box\ screen. The ariel was extremely well packaged in a much larger box to the point it took some getting into!! Can't fault that. It arrived in very good time to, but is was a local company to my area. As to the Ariel itself it was slightly longer than expected to the point that it 'stands out' on the distant camera. It appears to have boosted the signal marginally but signal still drops out now and available again.
Wery clear and straight forward, of coarse if there are any questions, then answers can be found wery quick by contacting over e- Mail, I believe that would be easy over phone, what I personally have not used, just there was no such emergency to disturb any whone unnecessary. But the product are great

The telephone option is great, and the two people I spoke to on different days both knew what they were talking about and gave sage advice. Despite not asking for express delivery, the items arrived the next day and the PIR, 2 remotes and extra siren came pre-programmed together. Excellent service - faultless even - and I would certainly recommend Ultrasecure Direct, and go back to them again for anything else I might require in the security line.
