Sorry for that, indeed it is not common for us to refund by check in Switzerland and my colleague must not have thought of the different currency. Can't your bank still cash and convert directly?
It was only about shipping costs so nothing very serious given the low amount. I think the simplest thing, if you can't cash it, is that we keep the amount to deduct from your next order. Obviously only if that suits you otherwise we will find a better solution.

Excellent wesite with very detailed product information. I bought the KP9 wireless alarm kit which to my surprise has proven to be very reliable and has excellent features. UltraSecure technical support is also excellent with the engineers being very knowledgeable and helpful.
I found this camera easy to set up with a very good picture. However it was not that good on wi-fi because it is a long way from the router. Have now set it via ethernet.
