The product arrived very quickly and extremely well packed. I was originally told that I couldn't add to our security system as the product I wanted was no longer made. However I found a second hand part which was just what I wanted, when browsing the website. It was unfortunate that the member of staff to whom I spoke was not aware of this. To be fair, they do not usually have second hand items.
